The warranty period for your Biozone Air Purifier will be 1 year from the date of purchase.

There will be extra charges incurred for any Biozone product installations at your premise. No routine maintenance is required.

There will be a Photoplasma smell when you’re really close to Biozone Air Purifier. There will be no smell if you put it in an area covered. Should the situation persist, you are welcome to contact our service officer for support.

You are automatically eligible for a free product demonstration the moment you engage with our sales team. However, you can discuss with them further how long you can experience the demo. The longest product demonstration period we offer is 3 days.

Biozone utilizes our 5-in-1 technology featuring a wider Germicidal Light (UV) spectrum to give better results than traditional filters. You can learn more about our technology here.

Yes, Biozone air purifiers are integrable by combining our different product ranges to protect your entire business premise, including your elevators, cold rooms, and company vehicles.

Most of our products come with a simple plug-and-play option. Simply plug into a power source, and switch it on. Some of our products also come with remote control for wider operational options. Should you have any issues operating your Biozone products, you are welcome to contact our service officer for support.

If your Biozone air purifier is not working properly after switching it off and on again, we encourage you to contact our service officer for support. Our team will be happy to assist you at all times.

There are several indicators available in each model. You can simply refer to the attached user manual to understand what each indicator means.
